We’re looking for a bold, customer-obsessed leader to own and elevate Freight onboarding and implementation. As Senior Manager – Customer Implementation, you’ll lead a specialist team responsible for delivering seamless, consistent, high-quality onboarding from deal won to live operations. This is a high-profile leadership role where you’ll partner with Sales, Operations, IT, Finance and Shared Services to deliver well-governed implementations fast, smooth and built to last.
