The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability, maximize workforce productivity, and support safe, efficient plant operations. The Maintenance Planner serves as the site owner of the Work Execution Management (WEM) process, driving proactive maintenance practices and ensuring maintenance work is properly identified, prioritized, planned, executed, and documented.
