Position Overview As the Head of Engineering Recruitment at the AI Robot Association (AIRoA), you will take the lead in hiring outstanding engineers from both Japan and overseas. You will develop a deep understanding of the roles required to build a robot data ecosystem and to develop foundation models for robots, and manage the entire end-to-end hiring process: defining requirements, drafting job descriptions, selecting channels (agencies, direct sourcing, job boards, etc.), screening, managing candidate and agency communications, coordinating offers and closing, and ensuring a smooth onboarding.…
