労務・制度企画・人事システム運用 一般社団法人AIロボット協会（AIRoA）は、ロボットとAIの融合によってロボット開発の技術を革新し、社会におけるロボットの活用を推進することを目的に、2024年12月に設立された組織です。 いま、人事の仕組みはまだ出来上がっていません。評価・等級・報酬の型はありますが、運用が始まってようやく半年ほど。報酬テーブルは職種ごとに分かれ始めたばかりで、アルバイトの制度はこれから設計します。 ①労務 ②制度企画 ③人事システムの運用 ④日々のオペレーション。 この4つのうち、あなたが得意な領域を軸に、人事の土台を一緒につくる方を探しています。 Labor Relations, HR Planning, and HR System Operations The AI Robot Association (AIRoA), a general incorporated association, was established in December 2024 to innovate robot development technologies through the fusion of robotics and AI, and to promote the practical use of robots in society.
