About this role
The Senior Forward Deployment Engineer, DxS helps customers adopt DeepHealth’s Diagnostic Suite (DxS) correctly as one integrated solution. The role owns the end-to-end technical design across core PACS, Viewer, Reporting, integrations and AI for assigned customers, leads the product-area FDEs, coaches implementation teams, resolves complex cross-component issues, and turns recurring field needs into standard product workflows. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, reporting to the Service Engineering Lead, Enterprise Intelligence.
