Head of Construction Role This position will report to the Commercial Lines Products and Propety Director and be overseen by the Regional Head of Construction. Contribution at AIG As a People Manager of an underwriting team composed by other underwriter, this leader will guide, motivate, and develop our talents, and empower and coach the underwriter toward higher levels of performance. This position is responsible for developing business strategies and/or translating those strategies into meaningful outcomes and ultimately, business results.
