Job Description: We are looking for an HR Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team at Airbus GBS, in Lisbon! Purpose / Mission The HR Junior Data Analyst will support the HR Analytics team in collecting, processing, and visualising people data to drive strategic workforce decisions across the organization. This role acts as a bridge between HR Operations, IT, and Business Leadership.
