Job Description: Position Summary The Legal & Compliance Counsel will be part of the APAC L&C team providing legal and compliance support for Japan, and from time to time the rest of APAC. We are seeking a motivated and experienced In-house generalist legal counsel or lawyer with at least 6-8 years Post-Qualified Experience to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal advice and support across a wide range of legal matters, including contact review, drafting, and negotiation, as well as managing disputes and litigation, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and effectively managing legal risks for the organization.…
