Au cœur de la FAL (Final Assembly Line) SA (Single Aisle), l’équipe Performance & Excellence Opérationnelle accompagne les lignes dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs de Sécurité, Qualité, Délai, Coût et de bien-être au travail.
