About this role

Job Description: We are now hiring a Retrofit Specialist to our Customer Services team in Airbus GBS. Purpose: E2E Retrofit Management to initiate, prepare, launch and monitor any mitigation & any retrofit solution in accordance with Program/Customer targets (time, cost, quality). Responsibilities - your mission: Industrialize Supply Chain by analyzing and planning industrial lead times & capacity: 1. Understand the technical solution and take the lead of the deployment (responsible on behalf of Program). 2. Contribute & Challenge Program retrofit & mitigation strategy and Support development of technical solutions. 3. Translate the Program & retrofit requirements (target cost per aircraft, embodiment rate, policy etc) into inputs to other departments, including the Supply Chain manager.…
