About this role

Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Solution Architect - Fleet Performance and Knowlegde Management (f/m) to join our Digital - Customer Services department based in Toulouse, France. You will part of a team of 12 people and be a key player in the New Case Management (NCM) portfolio and the Resolve Fleet Issues process. We are building a next-generation platform leveraging Artificial Intelligence (NLP, LLMs), Graph Databases, and Vector Databases for advanced similarity search. We enforce strong architectural concepts like Open-Host Service (OHS) and Published Language (PL) to protect our core systems, ensure cost-efficiency, and master our scalability.…
