About this role

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The DDS InnoTech - EPC Product Expert Lead - Aveva oversees the L3 support ecosystem of Aveva Suite within the Digital Delivery Services (DDS) Innotech. He/She is a technical authority for our global engineering platform. You will upskill and lead the L3 team towards a high performance team for the configurations and maintenance of the Aveva environment (Aveva UE, ERM, Workpacks..). His/Her mission is to build a robust, scalable technical foundation that supports our progressive transition from SmartPlant Suite. 1.Technical Leadership & Team Management L3 team oversight: Lead a team of experts (mainly based in India but not only), overseeing complex ticket resolution, system upgrades, and environment synchronization.…
