As an ER Partner (People Specialist) in our newly created ER & Advisory team, you'll partner closely with leaders, HRBP's and our unions to navigate complex people matters with confidence, balancing commercial outcomes, employee experience and risk through practical, people-centred advice. Due to internal movements, we are currently recruiting for a 6-month fixed term contract and will likely have an additional 12-month opportunity.
