The Counter Staff Coordinator reports to the Supervisor and Manager of the Catering department. The incumbent will be responsible to lead and plan operational activities associated with counter staff in line with Black Wolf Bistro procedures and policies. This position will oversee daily operations and monitor counter staff while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that all products are displayed correctly and the food labelling follows the Canadian Consumer Packaging and Labeling Act
Responsible of ordering of supplies and monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to minimize outages and maximize sales opportunities…
