About this role

Are you a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner with solid experience in hiring for GTM in tech companies? Do you have a knack for finding top talent globally? If so, then this role might be for you. If you’ve not heard about Aiven yet, we’re building the tech stack for future developers. Our goal is to make it simple to build agents or AI applications for production use cases. From our humble beginnings in Finland back in 2015, we’ve now grown to over 400 people across 17 countries, and we achieved Centaur status in 2025 when we hit $100m ARR. But we’re not done yet.
