About this role
Join AJW Group and play a key role in our Technical, Quality, and Compliance Team. Reporting to the Head of Quality, you'll develop processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support warehouse efficiency while maintaining high safety and airworthiness standards to meet client expectations. Key Duties: Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with auditors and customers to ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain awareness of regulatory changes, communicate updates, and support implementation Ensure data accuracy within the Quality Management System. Conduct PBH customer QMS feedback as per contracts. Enhance component and service quality, improving customer satisfaction. Manage NCRs, ensuring thorough investigation and reporting.…
