The successful candidate will combine strong technical and analytical skills with effective communication and leadership, ensuring safe, accurate, and reliable laboratory operations. This position supervises hourly union employees, supports audit readiness, maintains laboratory equipment, develops and applies analytical methods, and coordinates with steel making operations to provide timely and reliable support for the manufacturing of steel.
