Location: Silver Bay, MN Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opportunity for Silver Bay Railroad Operations Technicians at our Northshore Mining Company plant facility located in Silver Bay, MN. The primary function of this position is to operate trains and maintain the track structure. It requires self-direction and the willingness to work effectively as part of a team. This position requires a person willing to work varied schedules and overtime as needed. Position involves 12-hour shifts on a rotating basis and working unsupervised and outdoors. Summary of Responsibilities: Complete work assignments in the railroad with minimal supervision in the yard or on the tails line.
