About this role
Location: Butler, PA Cleveland-Cliffs, Butler Works, is looking for a Shift Manager in our Steelmaking Maintenance Department. The Shift Manager Maintenance manages employee safety and environmental issues as well as assists in coordinating equipment maintenance within the Steelmaking department to best meet the production department’s needs. Summary of Responsibilities: Supervise and provide work direction for Steelmaking Maintenance hourly union employees including Maintenance Technicians and Electronic Services Technicians. Plan, manage, and review their work performance. Assist in overall coordinated and aggressive maintenance support to meet Steelmaking’s quality, availability, and tonnage goals.
