Location: Ishpeming, MI Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opportunity for a Shift Manager Mine Maintenance at our Tilden Mine site. This position will provide leadership, direction, and coordination within the mine maintenance department by performing maintenance supervisory activities to achieve departmental goals and overall business objectives. Summary of Responsibilities : Provide leadership and direction within the mine maintenance department to ensure all departmental work is performed in a safe manner and that all work areas are maintained to meet or exceed all company site, federal, state and local standards.
