Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a shift manager of operations at our Warren, OH location. The Shift Manager of Operations is responsible for the safe operation of the facility. This position prioritizes, assigns, directs, and reviews the work of Plant Operators and the control room based on standard work and process conditions across the facility. The role actively involves participating with all site personnel on shifts to optimize plant production. Summary of Responsibilities: Demonstrate safe work practices and lead work safely. Gather information from previous supervisor(s) and crew and use the information to create a shift plan. Plan and prioritize work assignments from the weekly work order packet daily.…
