Als Werkstudent*in im IT Service Desk bist du erste Anlaufstelle für IT-Anfragen, unterstützt bei technischen Problemen und sorgst dafür, dass Mitarbeitende schnell und zuverlässig arbeitsfähig bleiben. Tu, was du liebst Du nimmst IT-Anfragen über Tickets, Telefon oder persönlich entgegen. Du unterstützt bei der Lösungsfindung – durch Abstimmung mit dem IT-Team und durch eigene Recherche. Du hilfst bei Fragen rund um unsere Laptops sowie Standardsoftware wie Office 365. Du gibst Hardware wie Laptops oder Monitore aus und nimmst Geräte entgegen.
