Mechanical Technician

1. Mechanical Maintenance and Repair Activities Perform planned preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities on assigned mechanical equipment. Carry out daily inspections, running checks, and maintenance checklists in accordance with approved maintenance schedules. Monitor the physical condition of equipment and report abnormalities, non-conformances, and developing defects to the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. Troubleshoot mechanical failures using approved tools, drawings, manuals, and diagnostic techniques to identify the cause and carry out necessary repairs. Perform dismantling, inspection, cleaning, repair, replacement, reassembly, alignment, and functional testing of mechanical equipment and components.…
