Team Leader - Plastics QC (2nd Shift)

Overview ​​​​​​The Hourly Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Department Supervisor in running the production line or group. Team Leaders are the subject matter experts for their production area, they train new Team Members, evaluate and resolve line stoppage issues, foster teamwork, provide daily production reports, assist with quality audits, and promote Team Member safety. Responsibilities Ensure team members meeting the expected level of quality. Understands and ensures team members are following the work Instruction and procedures. Maintains good housekeeping to 5S standards. Follow Mobis handbook policies. Ability to give directions and lead team members. Works well with others. Able to work overtime with little or no notice.
