Staff Software Engineer, Protocols Team We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the architecture and delivery of IoT and smart automation protocols with a focus on Z‑Wave, Matter, PowerG, and ZigBee. You will own initiatives from design through deployment, mentor engineers, and clearly communicate an architectural vision that aligns devices, gateways, mobile apps, and cloud services. You will collaborate across Product, Firmware, Panels, and Operations to deliver secure, reliable, and interoperable experiences. WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR ALARM.COM?
