ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be Alaro’s founding GTM operator—owning both how we show up in-market and how we convert attention into revenue. You’ll work with the Founder to define ICP, positioning and narrative, ship founder-led marketing (content/community/partnerships), and run early pipeline + commercial cycles. The outcome is repeatable demand, lighthouse wins, and a GTM playbook that scales.
This is a highly visible role: your work will directly influence client outcomes, business growth, and how Alaro shows up in-market as a new category of legal services.
