Alaro is building the next generation of legal services; an AI-native law firm built to deliver clear, timely legal judgment for investment funds, financial institutions, and corporates. We combine senior expertise with intelligent systems so routine work happens faster, and critical decisions don’t wait. We’re building a firm for lawyers who want to work at that frontier.
We started Alaro in April 2025 and raised a $2M pre-seed followed by a $7M seed led by a tier-1 US VC. Our product is used daily by our own lawyers on real matters, creating a tight feedback loop between product and practice. With early customers and a world-class engineering & legal team taking shape, it’s still day one - come build with us.
