Department/Unit: Development Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $94,957.00 - $147,183.00 The Associate Director of Development Operations manages the operational, technical, and data infrastructure that supports the Foundation’s fundraising programs. This role oversees the donor database, leads reporting and analytics, manages system integrations, and ensures the accuracy, integrity, and usability of all development data. The Associate Director serves as the primary liaison to Information Services, and acts as the operational project manager for system enhancements and workflow improvements.
