About this role

The Hygiene Department Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining effective hygiene and food safety training across the Weekend Hygiene operation and relevant site personnel. The role focuses on competency, compliance, and continuous improvement , ensuring all Hygiene Operatives, agency staff, and relevant employees are trained to the required standards to support food safety, audit readiness, and legal compliance. The Trainer works closely with the Hygiene Manager and other departments but does not hold direct people‑management responsibility.
