As a Training Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting employee learning and development across the business. This varied role combines both office-based and operational activities, giving you the opportunity to work closely with employees at all levels. From delivering presentations and training sessions, supporting policy and procedure training, and coordinating online learning, to facilitating practical, hands-on training and competency assessments on the shop floor, you'll help ensure our employees have the skills they need to succeed.…
