Job Scope Lead strategic CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning, validation, and operational handover, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, and timelines. Develop and execute engineering and process technology roadmaps to support capacity expansion, process capability, and business growth. Serve as the site process engineering SME for aseptic manufacturing, compounding, filling, packaging, and inspection operations. Drive operational excellence through process optimization, OEE improvement, yield enhancement, waste reduction, and cost-saving initiatives.
