JOB PURPOSE
Oversee the implementation of the retail strategy for Own Assets and 3rd Party assets
Own P&L for assigned assets, ensuring financial targets are met through effective strategies (rent pricing, tenant mix, etc.).
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the implementation of the Retail Management Strategy across assigned retail assets
Own detailed P&L statements for each assigned asset, consolidating the financials for the combined assets, and submitting to the Head of Asset Management and Operations for review.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis (IRR, ROI, ROE) on underperforming assets or potential acquisition opportunities, supporting go/no-go decisions on asset disposals based on feasibility studies.…
