About the role The Creative Lead at Alea will shape and lead the company’s creative vision, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand expression across all channels, projects, and teams. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this hands-on leadership role combines brand strategy, creative production, and team management. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable developing creative concepts, presenting ideas to stakeholders, and actively supporting the team in bringing them to life.
