Per un'azienda manifatturiera solida, strutturata e modernamente organizzata, ricerchiamo un Capo Turno Pressofusione . La figura, riportando al Capo Reparto, sarà responsabile del coordinamento delle attività produttive durante il turno e della gestione di un team composto da 6-8 operatori. Principali responsabilità Coordinare il personale di turno e garantire il corretto andamento della produzione. Monitorare qualità, efficienza e rispetto dei programmi produttivi. Supportare il team nella gestione delle problematiche operative. Assicurare il rispetto delle procedure aziendali e delle norme di sicurezza. Collaborare con il Capo Reparto per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi produttivi. Requirements Diploma di scuola superiore. Esperienza nel ruolo maturata in contesti di pressofusione.…
