About this role

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Molding Operator to join our manufacturing team in Pineville, NC. In this role, you will operate molding presses and related equipment to produce high-quality fittings while meeting production, quality, and safety standards. The successful candidate will be committed to workplace safety, quality assurance, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment. Pay: $23.97 per hour Shift: Night Shift, 6:00pm-6:30am, 4 days on, 4 days off Key Responsibilities: Production & Equipment Operation: Operate molding presses and associated equipment, including hoppers, material loaders, and regrind loaders.
