About Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores is a national retailer primarily focused on selling home appliances, hardware, tools and lawn and garden equipment. We operate through two segments - the Sears Hometown and Hardware segment and the Sears Outlet segment. The Outlet Repair Specialist is responsible for the preparation of merchandise into saleable, functioning condition through inspection, testing and repair. The Outlet Repair Specialist is also responsible for the performance of cosmetic repairs on appliances and other merchandise. The Outlet Repair Specialist works directly with a team of hourly associates.
