Cortica is looking for a BCBA to be our newest Clinic Director at our brand new location in Charlotte, NC! The Site Director serves as the senior leader responsible for all aspects of operations, performance, and culture at a single Cortica center. The Site Director leads a multidisciplinary team of clinical and administrative professionals, including ABA therapists, speech-language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, music therapists, clinical social workers, medical practitioners, and operations administrative staff to deliver exceptional, whole-child care to the families we serve.
