The role Our Operations team in Germany is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to support our growing customer base. In this role, you will help customers with their questions, guide them through charging-related issues, and make sure they have the best possible experience with our EV charging stations. You will work closely with colleagues, service partners and external providers to solve cases efficiently and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
