Space Planner - #835 Location: Washington, DC TS/SCI REQUIRED/Current CI Poly Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and coordinate customer space and occupancy requirements. Assist government personnel in identifying and resolving immediate and future space planning and occupancy needs. Perform field measurements and validate existing facility conditions. Conduct space audits to verify occupancy, utilization, personnel bed-downs, and space allocation accuracy. Resolve spatial orientation and space utilization challenges within assigned facilities. Develop and modify space layouts, floor plans, and occupancy configurations using AutoCAD and Revit. Review and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and floor plans.…
