Position Title: Financial & Budget Management Analyst (Expert) Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI Position Summary Serves as a senior financial advisor supporting strategic budget planning, congressional justification development, affordability assessments, PPBE execution, and portfolio-level resource management. Key Responsibilities Support NGA mission objectives and program execution. Develop analyses, reports, briefings, and recommendations. Coordinate across stakeholders, program offices, and leadership.
