About this role
This non licensed position will be responsible for the initial investigation, valuation, assessment of exposure, negotiation, and settlement creation of assigned claims for CPI, VSI and GAP claims. There will be no stipulated monetary authority. Key activities associated with the position include customer acknowledgement and communication throughout the claim process, investigation into the applicability of policy coverage and application to the loss, evaluation of claims with minimal damages, initial negotiation and recommend settlement of the claim to the licensed adjuster for specialized claim types.…
