The Escrow Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of loan collateral coverage through extensive knowledge of mortgage escrow, insurance types, and regulatory requirements. This role involves detailed verification processes, workload support, and adherence to departmental standards. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to insurance agents and regional offices, as well as utilizing electronic resources such as websites to verify/obtain/key premium renewal coverage.
