About this role
Pre-Production II is the dedicated kitting role for Assembly. This coordinator tracks work flowing out of metal finishing, anticipates what Assembly will need next, and builds complete, ready-to-build kits so assemblers can focus on building fixtures.
This role is the critical link between finishing and the assembly bench, and its success is measured by how smoothly assembly runs.
Key Responsibilities
Kit Building for Assembly
Track parts as they come off metal finishing (plating, powder coat, hand polish, patina) and reconcile them to pending assembly orders
Assemble complete kits per fixture BOM, including finished metal components, glass, wood, fasteners, and hardware…
