About this role
Our client, Hawthorne House, is hiring for the Furnishings Project Coordinator. This position supports the furnishings and lighting projects from proposal through procurement, delivery, and installation. This is not a design position. It is a highly organized, client-facing coordination role with a strong emphasis on communication, administration, scheduling, documentation, procurement follow-through, and keeping multiple projects moving accurately and on time. Experience in the interior design, furnishings, decorative lighting, procurement, or related trade industry is strongly preferred. This is a hybrid position, with candidates in the Athens or Atlanta area preferred.…
