Overview: The Associate Director, Field Force Effectiveness is responsible for driving the effectiveness, execution, and operational excellence of customer-facing field teams across Commercial and Medical Affairs . This role partners closely with field leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure field teams are equipped with the right metrics, tools, processes, insights, and governance to execute against business priorities. The individual will translate strategy into execution by leading initiatives across field reporting, targeting and alignment, performance management, and operational cadence (e.g., POA, business reviews) .
