About this role

Overview The Director, Digital HR Platforms is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, delivery, and optimization of Alnylam’s core HR platform. This role will oversee Alnylam’s enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) system, SuccessFactors , ensuring the platform is customer centric, scalable, integrated, and aligned with enterprise architecture. The Director will also lead data foundations, data governance, integrations, and release management to ensure HR technology is reliable, compliant, and capable of supporting advanced analytics and AI-driven insights. Reporting to the Executive Director, HR Digital Strategy ​& AI Integration​, this leader will serve as the primary conduit between HR and IT for platform strategy, integration design, and digital enablement.…
