Overview: We are seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join the TTR team and support Alnylam’s commitment to advancing the science and care of patients with transthyretin (TTR) amyloidosis. Patients often experience prolonged diagnostic journeys; this role is an opportunity to help elevate disease understanding and support evidence-based clinical decision-making through high-quality scientific exchange. The MSL will be principally responsible for building and sustaining scientific partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), investigators, and other healthcare professionals within an assigned geography.…
