About this role

We are hiring an experienced Construction Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive bids for commercial interior construction projects. This role focuses on estimating projects involving commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and commercial flooring , ensuring complete and accurate pricing from initial plan review through bid submission. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial construction estimating, excels at performing quantity takeoffs, analyzing project documents, coordinating vendor and subcontractor pricing, and developing detailed cost estimates.
