About this role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive bids for commercial interior construction projects . This role is responsible for evaluating project opportunities, performing detailed quantity takeoffs, and developing comprehensive cost estimates for drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, commercial flooring, and related interior systems . The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of commercial construction documents, excellent cost analysis skills, and experience coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and project teams to deliver accurate and timely proposals.
