About this role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full ownership of execution, financial performance, and client relationships. This is not a support or partial-process role. The ideal candidate will independently manage projects end-to-end — including estimating, contracts, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and client communication — across a diverse pipeline of commercial, industrial, and institutional work.
